About Flenio
We're building the PM tool we needed ourselves.
Flenio was created in 2026 in Zug, because the global tools — as technically good as they are — consistently ignore DACH reality. CHF apostrophes are displayed incorrectly. Hosting in the USA is the default. Compliance costs an enterprise surcharge. We didn't have to accept that.
Our mission
Project management that makes sense from Bern, Munich and Vienna — not from San Francisco.
SMEs in the DACH region form the backbone of the economy. Trustee boutiques, architecture firms, marketing agencies, IT consultancies — they deserve tools that speak their language, respect their compliance and display their prices transparently in CHF and EUR.
We don't build Flenio for the Fortune 500. We build it for teams of 5 to 50 people who want to manage their projects cleanly and without tool chaos. With Swiss hosting by default, real-time sync and templates that fit local reality — Hermes 2022 included.
The person behind it
I studied Innovation Management at FFHS while building software for banks, insurers and SMEs in the DACH region. My book Identity Over Discipline is written in the same spirit as Flenio: simple tools that work in the long term, without having to recharge every day.
Before Flenio, I built AboTracker.ch, Mindoro.ch and several compliance tools around the EU AI Act. The common realization: DACH companies buy differently. They don't want hype SaaS from California. They want serious tools with clear data residency, a transparent pricing structure and a support team that speaks their language.
Flenio is my attempt to give this reality the tool it deserves.

Flenio is not created on a drawing board. Founder Leutrim Miftaraj brings over a decade of IT and project management experience in demanding, regulated Swiss environments – the foundation behind every feature and the integrated PM academy.
