Frequently asked questions
Why is Solo only for 1–3 people?
Solo is the affordable entry point for freelancers and small support teams. From 3 people on, you'll need Team features (Slack, Teams, goals, workload) — that's what Team is for.
What is a seat — and how does it relate to members?
A seat = an active member (owner, admin or member) who can create and edit tasks and projects. You pay per seat per month. Read-only guests (e.g. clients or stakeholders who only follow along) are FREE and don't take up a seat. To add another active member, add a seat anytime in the billing portal — billed pro rata, no hidden costs. That way you never pay for more than you use.
Why does Team have a minimum of 3 seats?
Team is the plan for real teams of 3 people or more. If you're just 1–2 people, Solo is the better and cheaper plan.
How many workspaces can I create?
As many as you like — for free. Each workspace is its own billing unit with its own plan. Example: your « Innopulse » workspace on Business, a second « Private » workspace on Free. You're logged into both with the same login and switch with a click. Handy if you work for multiple clients, companies or projects.
Does a newly created workspace automatically get my current plan?
No. Every new workspace starts on Free. The owner can upgrade it anytime. This protects you from unintentionally paying multiple times, e.g. when you create a test workspace.
What about existing « Pro » customers?
If you still have a Pro plan from the pre-May 2026 period, you keep it automatically — with all current Solo features as an upgrade gift. You can switch to the new Solo plan anytime (CHF 9 instead of CHF 12).
How does yearly billing work?
With yearly payment you only pay 10 out of 12 months — you save exactly 2 months. We bill once for 12 months, with the option to cancel before the contract automatically renews.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, anytime. On upgrade, the rest of the current period is billed pro rata. On downgrade, the new price applies from the next billing cycle.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, TWINT (for Swiss customers, roadmap Q3 2026), SEPA direct debit (for EU business customers on request).
Swiss VAT?
Yes, for Swiss customers the correct CH VAT (8.1 %) is automatically calculated and shown. EU customers pay their local VAT (reverse charge for B2B).
Can I buy more AI credits when the monthly limit is reached?
Yes. In every paid plan you can add extra credits anytime — a pack of 100 credits (1 credit = 1 AI action) directly under Settings → Billing. Purchased credits don't expire and are used on top of the monthly quota.
Is the PM academy included in all plans?
Yes. The PM academy with 6 in-depth courses (HERMES 2022, Scrum, Kanban, risk management, stakeholder communication and PM fundamentals/PMP) is included in every plan — including the free Free plan. With knowledge checks and progress tracking.
